Cancellation Policy

-We ask that if you are unwell or experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms that you do not come in for your appointment and send us an email to reschedule. -We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment date or time without additional cost. Any request to reschedule or cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment will be classed as a "no-show" and can incur additional fees to secure their next appointment. -For cancellations & enquiries please contact hello@bridalbyneeve.com
