Our expert stylists will guide you through our collection of designer wedding pieces, and we offer private appointments for you and up to six guests. Our Booking Policy

Fittings are by appointment only.

We recommend that you read our FAQs prior to booking your appointment with us.

We do not charge any fee's for your appointment but you will be asked to give your card details to confirm your time and adhere to our cancellation policy, which states that; if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of said appointment or no show to your appointment you will be charged $50. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that the cancellation fee is non-refundable and will not be refunded.

All our our sample sizes and prices are available on our website.

Our typical lead time is 6-7 months. Some designers will have an option to rush your item for a fee.

Appointment Advice

Do your research, find items that you like on our site and screenshot them to show our stylists.

Wear Seam free, skin colour underwear or shapewear.

- You will not need a Bra for most dresses but to feel comfortable you can wear something over your bust like Pasties or Plasters.

NO fake tan or makeup. These cause stains and can change the colouring of the materials over time. There could be a charge of $350 if any gowns are affected by Fake Tan.

Please arrive on time, add time to your journey to find parking, as you only have an hour and you do not want to limit your time in store.
